  • Dresses: Approximately 2-5 calendar days
  • Shoes: Typically, 3-7 calendar days.

We strive to prepare and dispatch your items as quickly as possible after you place an order on our website.

3. Will I receive a notification when my items are shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your items are shipped. If your items are out of stock or if there are any issues, we will contact you via email to resolve the problem.

Four key factors influence the delivery time of your order:

    • USPS: 7-15 days to the US, 10-25 days to other countries.
    • FedEx: 2-7 business days. Choose expedite shipment if you prefer this method.

2. Time in Transit: 

Varies based on your location and the shipment's origin.

3. Item Processing Time:

    • Women’s Clothing and Accessories: Approximately 3 working days.
    • Shoes: Approximately 3-7 working days.

We will prepare your items as swiftly as possible after you place an order.

4. Unavoidable Delays: 

While we aim to ship your items promptly, factors such as bad weather, strikes, and other unforeseen events may cause delays. We will do our best to mitigate these and prioritize your order with the shipping company.

    5. What are the main shipping methods?

    • Standard Shipping: 7-25 days to all major destinations. It costs less but takes longer than expedited shipping. Note that this estimate does not include order processing time.

    • United States Customers: Shipped via Epacket or USPS. (Standard Shipment)
    • International Customers: Shipped via USPS. (Standard Shipment)
