At Pursify.co, we strive for customer satisfaction. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
Initiating a Return:

Important Notes:
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
- Liability:Pursify.co is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during transit.
- Return Authorization: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Beauties
Exchanges:
For faster service, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
