10-Day Return Policy

At Pursify.co, we strive for customer satisfaction. You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Initiating a Return:

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
  • Liability:Pursify.co is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or misdirected during transit.
  • Return Authorization: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Jewelry
  • Beauties

Exchanges:

For faster service, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
